Shelly Seng is a mixture of two exotic SouthEast Asian ethnicities, she is both Vietnamese and Laotian. There’s a whole lot of hotness coming from that section of the world these days, and even though she resides in Tampa, Florida, we hope she has some more hot Viet and Laotian friends that she can introduce us to.
